An excellent technician who provided not only honest and detailed advice but also a very professional spring replacement. I am not gonna lie, is not a cheap repair (higher cost than expected), but worth the money.Highly recommended. The Maple syrup was a very nice gesture. Thanks again Tim.

Purchased our two garage doors elsewhere but opted to use this Company for this years maintenance check and am very glad we did. Appreciate the text from the Company and phone call from the tech to advise he was on his way. Jamie and Kyle are personable, professional and extremely helpful. The 29 point safety inspection was carried out quickly and questions & costs answered thoroughly. These gentleman provided excellent customer service. Overall it was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend using Canadoor.There is one drawback - when calling the company and you have more than one garage door, verify the quote as the quote I received was for one only, not two. And I did clearly specify two doors.Jamie, however, was quick to explain pricing and everything was finalized with 100% happiness on our end .Thanks for the maple syrup!

Our garage door was not responding to the electronic button following a bad storm. We called Canadoor to come and give us an evaluation and estimate.Their technicians arrived on time, were professionally dressed and very courteous.They checked the door and identified the work that needed to be done. They worked quickly and efficiently. A 29-point check was performed on the system to identify any current or potential problems.There was no hard sell, just knowledgeable information. We would definitely call them again should the need arise.

I was looking for some new garage doors for my house and came across Canadoor Garage doors on google. I went to the website and enquired on a Sunday and suddenly I was called right away. It was nice not to end up in vapour world like many messages do. Ordering was a little shaky because my sales person left the company however things were sorted out. Someone came out to measure things up and the order was placed. It didn't take long and I received a call for install. The installer Dereck was fantastic. Very professional and punctual. They have some very advance systems for tracking when and were the installer is. Nice to know when companies give you a 4hr range. Dereck explained everything and answered all my questions. I bought garage doors and did all the caping as well. Another gentle man cam with Dereck on the second day Mike who was just as helpful and pleasant. So nice to see people enjoying there jobs. Very rare. Thanks for the great job.

We had a spring break after work. Couldn't get car out or even garbage for garage night. Jennifer called and set up an appointment same day. Within 5 hrs had a technician (Timothy at your place assessed the situation quote and even the part to install). Time was very professional, timely, kind and helpful through every step! Highly recommend!The emergency cost was a bit more than would have expected but all within reason and we opted for warranty as their was minimal difference for piece of mind.I do have to add that not even 5 days later our door broke again. The cable that was taken off for the spring replacement seemed to wreck the tension and popped the door off the rail. Our rails and castor's don't seem to be working as well now (where we're perfectly fine before) jamie came to fix the door... we didn't have to pay for the visit luckily... but felt that's items what were fine will likely have to be replaced at our cost if it breaks? Even though it seems to be install might have put other tensions in areas we don't typically would have issue. Still recommend just felt like we were being deemed the issue and would have to cover cost that shouldn't have been the original issue.

We had never needed a service before, so we took a chance on Canadoor.The overall customer service was exceptional from the initial telephone call at the office to make the appointment and then when Jamie arrived. He was polite and friendly on top of being clearly well-versed in all matters related to his profession. He is clearly an honest individual in his advice on best options for his customers and he took care of our garage door with a repair on this occasion. Amazon sells magic door eyes for $23.00 plus tax delivered free.Your total charge was $375.00.Quote for replacement in total left me incredulous. Until I considered labour cost, service call charge, etc.Then I got the value of the charge..

Worst nightmare coming home on a cold January Sunday night to open the garage door and see the cable snap and the door crumple, especially in this bitter cold! Immediately looked up services and read reviews and was blown away by the reviews for this team! I booked a service request for the following day right away. Sandy contacted me first thing the next morning and was so incredibly accommodating. Jamie followed up shortly and let us know when he would arrive. We ended up having to replace our very old door but we are absolutely thrilled with the service this team provided. On New Years Eve I backed my car in to the bottom panel of my garage door, I called the first result that came up in google and was lucky enough to call Canadoor. They were so friendly and helpful, they had an appointment booked for me as soon as they possibly could and the technician that came to assess the damage was very friendly and informative. Amazing service. From Jamie who came out promptly, went over our options, and made it easier for me to lift my door manually while waiting for the new one, to the office, where everyone I dealt with (had a few extra questions), to Noah, who also came out promptly after our door was ready and installed it and our new opener quickly and professionally. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, informative and patient (Noah took his time going over the new door and opener with me and making sure, again, that all my questions were answered before he and his coworker left). I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

We were extremely pleased with our recent repair of our double garage door. Turns out the overhead spring had broken and needed replacement. Jamie, the service technician, arrived as scheduled with an advance phone call and email. He and his assistant were very efficient, diagnosed the issue quickly and had the required parts. A thorough inspection identified other issues with our 15 year old door and we had those fixed also. The worn and damaged parts were shown to us so we had confidence that the work was required. We were given clear options and prices without any pressure. When the work was done everything was neat and tidy.I highly recommend this technician and his company!

I couldn’t have ask for better service! Noah was very friendly and personable and explained exactly what he needed to do and what the job would cost. The job (replacing a broken spring) was completed quickly and afterwords he ensured the garage door openers were set properly and working as they should. At the completion of the job he reviewed all parts of the door (rollers etc) and explained the wear on them and what to watch out for. I would highly recommend Canadoor to anyone.

Booking was seamless and done live with a wonderful person in the office. Emails followed once the tech team was on route, followed up by a call from Aidan to let us know he was on his way. Once he and Ryan arrived, they looked over everything, assessed the situation and came up with a thoughtful recommendation for us to consider. They executed the plan on the spot. The service was excellent. We booked an appointment for a quote, and on that date we were informed by text that the service person was on his way and they sent us a photo of him, as well as a link to follow where he was exactly. Eric was knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous. It took 6 weeks for our door to come in. Eric did the installation, very professional job. We are very happy with the product look and functionality. It is so smooth and quiet compared to our twenty some year old door. Would definitely recommend them.

We reached out to Canadoor based on the online reviews, which happily did not disappoint. Terry (the technician) and his apprentice Riley, arrived promptly and were nothing but kind, knowledgeable and professional. Terry and Riley took the time to work with us answering our many questions to arrive at our desired door. One of the most interesting aspects of our meeting with them was Canadoor's ability to take our specs into account, communicate them to head office which led to high quality renderings of what the final product would look like. Ellen, a Product specialist was also great with answering our questions related to the sale itself. We would highly recommend Canadoor to everyone, and the maple syrup was a classy touch.

Professional and courteous service from start to finish! Communication and explanation from coordinator and Terry (technician) of what the repair would entail was amazing. Gave us a clear description of what was needed, the options available, along with clear pricing. No pressure at all to buy a costly new door but provided a recommendation that we understood and could agree on to proceed with a repair of an older garage door. I really can’t say enough about this experience as Terry showed up on time, was meticulous in his work and we have trust in the end result. I'm very happy with my overall experience. I had dealt with Derrick in sales who was very personable and knowledgeable. On the installation process , Jonathan and his colleague (sorry , forgot his name) did a great job on installing the door and opener. Jonathan came back later to install the trim and just recently did the caulking. My girlfriend asked if he could enhance the black door hardware, which he did. Looks like new again. We have just completed a new garage door installation with Canadoor Garage Doors and could not be happier with the whole experience. We started with a visit to the Barrie office and initially met with Jason. He helped us through the whole sales process and after guiding us through several options we decided to order a new Amarr Northwoods door. We also required a new "high lift" kit plus a Liftmaster wall mounted opener. Before leaving we were given a tour of the Canadoor office facility. Very impressive setup. Next we were working with Ellen from the Install Coordination team. She setup an onsite visit by one of their technicians (Jed) to doublecheck specifications for the door size etc. Once all site specifications were confirmed to be good the door was ordered with an expected ETA given. The door arrived a week earlier than promised. We then coordinated with Ellen for an installation date. The door install was supervised by Jonathan with an assistant. They did an excellent job with the door, opener, and highlift kit installation. Post install we have heard back from Ellen on two occasions to ensure we are completely satisfied with the overall installation project. We love the new door but wanted to pass on our appreciation for a job well done by all!!. The two installation technicians did an absolutely fantastic job however they did identify that part of the installation was made without the proper tools but this will be corrected upon their future return. If I could give these guys 10 stars, honestly I would. We had a problem with our garage, door it came up all of a sudden, they were here, they fixed it gave us an estimate did whatever they did but both of the technicians were just wonderful. They were Ryan, and Johnny, wonderful technicians. I really appreciated it, I did because you don’t get this kind of service with all services that sometimes you may have to call. From the minute we walked in the door at their showroom we could see and feel these guys where different, they were very friendly and courteous. We sat down with Jason and we worked out what we wanted, he was very professional and knowledgeable about their products. We were told it would be about 4 to 6 weeks before install could begin, however we got a call with in 4 weeks that they where ready to start the install of the doors. We sorted a mutual day for installation and for 2 days later for the install of the aluminium capping and weather stripping. Jed and Johnathon H were the 2 techs that came to install the doors and boy do they know their job. They did an amazing job installing the doors and kept the job site spotless and were extremely friendly guys. 2 day later Johnathon C turned up to install the Aluminium Capping and weather stripping and boy what neat and great job he did, he too left the job site spotless. My wife and I can only give 100% praise for this company and their team if you want garage doors installed this is the team to do it.

They listened to me about what the issue was, didn't rush me through my explanation and then they made me feel like this was something that was an easy fix. Truly an excellent company with amazing customer service and knowledgeable technicians. The two young men who fixed my garage were fast and professional, parts are under warranty.I recommend to anyone who’s googling pricing to consider that sources may be old (before COVID) and that a lot of company’s won’t go the extra mile like these guys will using high quality parts. I look after a building complex in Midland that has underground parking. Recently I had issues with the door opening for tenants. I could not leave it open for security reasons and the risk of the pipes freezing as it was cold out. I called Canadoor for a service call and they arrived within two hours. Kaleb was not only knowledgeable but on time and professional. He came the day the appointment was set to go over the options we had for replacing out broken door. Was willing to shed light on what I needed to do to be ready for him when he came. Answered all my questions, was not pushy in any way. Service arrived within 24 hours of first contact, which is amazing considering I’m about 40km out of their service area. The technician, Jacob, was very polite and respectful of the fact that my one year old daughter in the home is not yet eligible for vaccination and kept his distance. He fixed the garage door and the opener within an hour and even lubricated the door for free. On his way out he left me a canister of lubricant and instructions for maintenance so I don’t need to keep calling. Would recommend without reservation!

Then this year I had then install side mount openers. Super silent... best thing ever! The technician John V was amazing. Can't say enough about this company. Highly recommend them!

Great service. From the booking to the techs visit. Was happy with his approach and ability to get the door adjusted. Looking forward to getting a door opener installed and will definitely use their service in the future.

As always Canadoor was very helpful from my initial contact yesterday Marion walked us through a couple to save us a service call. When these didn’t work a service call was scheduled. Curtis called this am to inform us that he would be arriving ahead of schedule. Upon his arrival he explained what was needed to remedy our issue. Curtis is very knowledgeable and thorough.
